When is still standing on tv
Each week, Jonny takes a hilarious and heart-warming journey to find humour in the unlikeliest of places -- small towns on the ropes. After immersing himself in the lives of local characters and unearthing the tall tales in these tiny towns, Jonny delivers a rousing original stand-up comedy routine -- a toast, not a roast -- for the whole community. From coast to coast to coast, Still Standing showcases Canada's vast beauty and highlights the country's unique and diverse characters.

He captures the highlights of these samll towns perfectly. We miss the show and hope to see it back on the line up soon. Jim and Gail Sinclair. Love the show. Thrilled to hear that Still Standing renewed for season 5! I know the crew was filming in my hometown and am looking forward to the episode! We also lived in Tumbler Ridge for 5 years - and episode which aired in season 2.
We had just moved away and enjoyed picking out the laughs of people we knew from the crowd. I also noticed he did and episode in Berwick, NS - currently just down the road from us. One of these days, I hope to actually still be living in one of the towns when he arrives to film! There is so much garbage on CBC and it never ceases to amaze me how they put on a delightful show only to sack it for even more of the same garbage we've already seen just new packaging.
