What makes a fuel injected car flooded

This will eliminate any leftover residue on the spark plugs as well as enable the ECU to read new information if some repair was done. With carburetors, this is also an option. Leave the car for about an hour and then try starting it. It may work if the flooded engine is caused accidentally by the driver. If something else is wrong, it may not help.
